IDM acts to identify the availability and suitability of potential venues, accommodation or equipment (the “service providers”), and negotiate attractive pricing on behalf of the parties, arbitrators and all persons assisting in the resolution of the dispute (“the parties”). Any booking (or contract) that may result therefrom, shall be made (or entered into) between the identified service provider and the parties, on terms to be agreed between them. In order to secure a booking (or finalise a contract), credit card information, or any other form of payment required for confirmation by the service provider, must be provided by the parties to said service provider. By using the services offered by IDM, the service providers and the parties hereby agree that IDM shall not be held legally responsible for any financial or other liability of any kind whatsoever that may be incurred as a result of any action or omission resulting from the above.
