As well as relieving you from the extra pressure of attending to matters ancillary to the settlement of your dipute, we aim to provide this service at minimum cost. We are in a position to do this because of commission arrangementts made with a number of hotels.

Depending on the circustances, our services may be provided for no cost to you at all or, in certain circumstances for a fixed fee. In either event, IDM will inform you of the charge, if any, before asking you to make any commitment.

Reduced rates passed on directly to you.

As a consequence of repeat business and establishing a solid reputation with various suppliers, IDM is in the best position to request that the services be provided at a discount. Any discount so obtained will be passed directly on to you.
