IDM's position is unusual in the world of international dispute resolution, in that it is entirely independent of any arbitral institution or center and is not committed to any particular rules.  Therefore, any suggestions, for example with regard to a suitable Venue, will be based on value and quality, concentrating on your individual needs, the hallmark of IDM's service.

Also, IDM does not give any legal or procedural advice. The primary aim of IDM is to assist you in setting up the physical infrastructure within which you may resolve your dispute.  Any advice given or recommendation forwarded will be administrative.

In providing this administrative assistance, IDM is willing to work at the request of the parties or the tribunal.
